Actualización del protocolo para el procedimiento de nasofibrolaringoscopia del proceso de endoscopias en la IPS Otorrinolaringólogos Asociados de Córdoba

Within the IPS OTORRINOLARYNGOLOGOS DE CÓRDOBA (OTOC S.A.S), where the following study was developed, a protocol for the development of the Nasofibrolaryngoscopy procedure is detailed. This protocol presents a lack of activities that would be beneficial when applied, as well as shortcomings in terms of procedures and document updating. This type of inconsistencies could be harmful to the IPS in the short and long term; due to this a restructuring of this is determined, which allows improving the procedure, through an improvement plan. Este protocolo presenta carencia de actividades que resultarían beneficiosas al momento de aplicarse, así como también falencias en materia de procedimientos y actualización documental. Este tipo de inconsistencias, podrían resultar nocivas para la IPS a corto y largo plazo, debido a esto se determina una reestructuración de este, que permita mejorar el procedimiento, por medio de un plan de mejora. El cual dejo como resultado principal la actualización del protocolo para la ejecución del estudio de Nasofibrolaringoscopia, basado en la NTC- ISO- 90001 y el ciclo PHVA, permitiendo reconocer la importancia de la documentación, dentro de una empresa, que implica la revisión y verificación del cumplimiento del proceso o procedimiento documentado, en busca de realizar acciones de mejoras para la IPS, La base principal para actualizar este protocolo fue optimizar la información por medio de tres métodos, que fueron la revisión documental de este proceso, la observación directa de su realización y entrevista a uno de sus responsables, todo esto baso el enfoque de mejoramiento continuo dentro de la institución.PregradoAdministrador(a) en SaludPráctica Empresaria
